About David Snyder
Author of the critically acclaimed book, How To Mind Read Your Customers, David Snyder is also Business Development Counsel for Headway Corporate Resources. Mr. Snyder works directly with the CEO and senior management to create enhanced recruiting and selection tools, services, and business strategies for Headway's rapidly expanding markets.
As a business teams troubleshooter, Mr. Snyder has helped corporations to improve their training efforts in the areas of sales, marketing and customer service. He has also helped manufacturers and other organizations to achieve higher productivity by improving performance measurement systems, team communications and training.
Mr. Snyder holds a master of liberal arts degree in psychology from Harvard, where he participated in research conducted on brain waves and emotion at the Mind/Body Medical Institute of Harvard Medical School /Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
Mr. Snyder has also conducted research on the critical thinking styles of students and the issues that impact critical thinking, problem solving and writing abilities not only in the corporate environment but also in the industrial workplace. He has developed a wide range of programs in these areas for colleges, manufacturers and corporations to help improve critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
About Dave Marchand
Dave Marchand has over 20 years of experience architecting, implementing and deploying enterprise scale solutions. Currently, he is Vice President of Product Development for Cerebit Security Applications, Inc.
Prior to joining Cerebit, Mr. Marchand spent eleven years with Perot Systems in roles ranging from technical (CTO, Enterprise Architect) to senior management (General Manager, COO). During his tenure with Perot Systems, Mr. Marchand played an instrumental role in engagements with customers in the Healthcare, Financial Services, Energy, Travel and Telecommunications industries. His customers included Department of Veteran’s Affairs, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, BlueCross BlueShield, Regional Health Information Organizations, London Clearing House, Chicago Board Options Exchange, ClearStream, AT&T, Huntington Bank, Nextlink Communications, and Sabre. In addition, Mr. Marchand was a principal in the development of Perot Systems’ software development methodology, best practices, service offerings, operational processes and procedures.
Mr. Marchand holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
